The Anti-Tank Rifle is a large sniper rifle that fires a penetrating explosive shot which deals rapid damage. Unlocking the required skill will allow her to shoot multiple times before reloading her special meter.
Dragunov uses the ATR ready on hold on top of her Hover Vehicle. Her Everlasting Summer and Rebellion variants (on the ground) will instead backflip a few yards back to collect the ATR crate then fire.
