The Atlan Army is Atlan's main army and a major faction in Metal Slug: Awakening.
Summary[]
Under the command of the Archon Anke, the Atlan Army have been combating the Black Magic Curse since prehistoric times at the Midnight Triangle, or so the denizens of Atlan thought. Recently, the Archon have suspiciously allied with the Rebel Army, keeping Atlan's citizens distrusting of land folks, and speeding up the curse spreading over Atlan's waters.
The Atlan Army is made up of aquatic creatures from the Midnight Triangle and specialize with the use of Curse Demons by powering up anything with its black sludge. having allied and collaborated with the Rebel Army, some of their technology where used on some of the turtle residents by transforming them to living weapons.
