Story[]
Both Chris Key and Rumi Aikawa of the Regular Special Forces had been assigned in a operation to disguise themselves as POWs in order to provide allies support on the frontlines. Due to a unexpected situation, the operation had been delayed. In a few days posing as a hostage he was captured and got sent to a prison camp. Chris arrived at the camp along with eight captives and decided to hatch a plan for escape. However one of the captives is a spy, so Chris must act prudently to not to speak of their escape plan. Fortunately, the spy was not good at saluting, so he was able to tell the others, and the group successfully apprehended the spy.
Both Chris Key and the captured comrades successfully escaped the prison camp. However, they were still at enemy territory. There was no problem for the operation to start, but due to present conditions, the group found it quite difficult to return to friendly territory, so crossing the iron bridge was their only choice. The group made use of a hollowed, abandoned tank and ran for it at the bridge while dodging enemy fire. The group successfully crossed the bridge safely. Movement of the Rebel Army was getting busier and counteroffensives were going to start soon.
Chris had the chance to split up and part ways with his comrades in order to get back at his mission but had doubts to due having formed a strong bond with them. However, Lieutenant Alexander Suvorov, a former Special Forces unit, casted doubt on both him and Rumi for trying to take independent action. Both Chris and Rumi were held by their comrades unless they prove they're part of the Special Forces. He decided to persuade them with the army's special technique of hiding supplies like smoke. Chris managed to persuade the group, and Alexander apologizes for doubting him.
The group were able to return to friendly territory. The counteroffensive operation was launched, but Chris decided to get captured again in order to resume his early mission. He wished for his comrades to return safely once the operation ends and hopes to have a chance to meet with them again.
