The Dark Gate is an ancient, Egyptian portal that summons demons from the underworld, discovered and utilized by Ramal as a weapon, exclusive to Metal Slug Attack. It first made its debut on the game's 'Dark Mirror' Extra Ops, where the boss can also become a playable unit.

In Metal Slug Attack's event, this boss is fought at the last stage. It will endlessly spawn powerful demons from the underworld towards the player as defense until it's destroyed.
Ramal also has a similar portal in which a black hand emerges from it as a form of attack.
