The Fortmeranian is a massive, reused weapon created by Emma, exclusive to Metal Slug Attack. It first made its debut in the game's event titled "Try Line 9th", where the boss can also become a playable unit.

The Fortmeranian is built by recycled parts of many weapons and vehicles from Rebel Army's inventory. Its main body was a fuselage of Hi-Do, the commander's cabin was an upper turret of the Dragon Nosuke and it's driven on retractable hydraulic legs with wheels of Dragon Nosuke+. a whole cab of 3-ton Utility Truck on the back, a Di-Cokka covered by liftable Space Tank shell is also used.
In Metal Slug Attack's event, this boss is fought at the last stage. It slowly advances towards the player and stops at a distance to set down and fire rockets from a Rebel Infantry on top of the Space Tank shell, with the Di-Cokka covered by the shell also being visible and firing explosive shots. While the boss is crouched, incoming kinetic and explosive damage is greatly reduced. It is also able to recover large amounts of health throughout the fight as a playable unit.
The special attack of boss prompts it to stand up again and propel a battering ram with heavy force, dealing massive damage to any unfortunate enough to be struck by it. However, it becomes vulnerable to all attacks in the process.

- Fortmeranian's name is a play of fortress and Pomeranian, a toy dog breed. It's named after its crouching like a Pomeranian dog.
