The Grey Aliens, often refer as Little Grey, are a race of aliens that appear flying in their UFOs during the events of Metal Slug: Super Vehicle-001.
Their UFO can be spotted on Iron Cavalrymen in Hell right after defeating Allen O'Neil, or in The Memorial Sea when riding Middle-Son 1986.
The Little Greys possess the ability of telepathy.

- The Grey Aliens are considered the first extraterrestrial characters that appeared in the series before the official appearance of the Mars People in Metal Slug 2: Super Vehicle-001/II.
- Originally intended as Hidden Easter Egg that can be spotted unnoticed by the player. however it's possible that it's a foreshadowing of Aliens appearing in the second game.
