The Tiny UFOs are enemies introduced in Metal Slug 3.

Information

The Tiny UFOs are small, big eyed drones that serve as the defense for the Rugname. The antennae Type-As protect from the inside, and the boxy Type-Bs protect from the outside. They always come in waves in a pattern. Like the Masknells, destroying the red commander will make all of its followers explode as well. Some are able to teleport from nowhere.

Trivia

• The Type-As are based on the Martian War Machines from George Pal's 1953 cinematic adaptation of War of the Worlds, while the Type-Bs are based on the Imperial TIE Fighters from Star Wars.

• Their flying patterns are reminiscent from Namco's Galaga.
